Crafted from recycled tarps that once stretched across the beds of cross-country Brazilian cargo trucks, these hats are the REAL DEAL. The tarps used to make these hats likely traveled from the Amazon out to São Paulo and back again, slogging through sudden deluges of blinding rain, being baked and broiled in scalding heat, whipped by harsh salt winds and assaulted by road debris.

In an attempt to reduce the wasting of resources, one thing is for sure. These hats look really, really cool. So cool, in fact, that this hat was featured in the movie Zombieland and worn by the main character played by Woody Harrelson.

These Real Deal Hats are like fingerprints in that no two hats are alike! And since these are made from recycled tarps, each hat can contain unique markings, patches and weathering. Some can even have Portuguese writings stamped with waterproof black ink on them. With that said, it is likely there is nothing you can do to these hats that hasn't already been done before. So don't worry about taking care of these hats, instead, let them take care of you!
